There will be a presentation followed by a Q&A. Learn about:

• Tenant & landlord rights and responsibilities
• Maintenance and repairs
• City of Toronto programs and services for renters
• Rent increases and AGIs (Above Guideline Increases)
• Tenant applications
• Tenant organizing

Refreshments will be provided. Come and connect with tenants in your community and learn how we can fight for better protections for renters.

We'll be heading out for a canvass after the workshop. It would be great if you could join us! If you've never canvassed before, don't worry -- we always go as a team and we can provide training. See you there!
